Long Beach Airport will serve as a Headline Partner for the Future Travel Experience (FTE) Global Conference & Exhibition, scheduled to take place from September 9 to 11, 2025, at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center. This marks the third consecutive year that the event will be held in Long Beach. The conference is set to be co-located with the Airline Passenger Experience Association and International Flight Services Association Global EXPO, bringing together more than 3,000 attendees, including senior executives from airports and airlines worldwide.

“For the third year in a row, we are proud to welcome FTE Global back to our beautiful city,” said Mayor Rex Richardson. “With our rich aviation history and vibrant waterfront convention center, Long Beach offers the ideal setting for this world-class gathering of industry leaders. We look forward to the innovation and collaboration that will take shape here as we continue building the future of travel in Long Beach."

The event will feature over 100 speakers from approximately 300 organizations who will network and discuss industry developments. FTE Global is recognized as a platform for showcasing new solutions from major technology companies such as Synect, Meta, Samsung Electronics America, T-Mobile for Business, and Volkswagen of America.

Cynthia Guidry, Director of Long Beach Airport, is among this year’s featured panelists. She will participate in a session focused on airport leadership strategies aimed at maximizing operational efficiency, customer experience, revenue generation and workforce management. Her remarks are expected to address how leaders can prepare their organizations for ongoing changes within the sector.
