Emirates announced it will begin operating its Airbus A350 on daily flights between Dubai and Hangzhou, China, starting 26 October 2025. The airline said this move comes three months after the launch of its service to Hangzhou and is part of its efforts to enhance travel experiences for passengers flying to and from the Chinese mainland.

The new A350 service will operate as flight EK310, departing Dubai International Airport at 04:15 and arriving in Hangzhou at 16:00. The return flight, EK311, will leave Hangzhou at 00:10 and land in Dubai at 06:10.

Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, stated, “Over the last year we have made significant investments in our operations to Chinese mainland, creating meaningful impact through the launch of brand-new destinations and providing an elevated in-flight experience with our latest products. Introducing the A350 to Hangzhou is the natural next step, as we continue to bring the latest and greatest that Emirates has to offer to China’s skies. The A350 is an exciting addition to our fleet mix, adding a new dynamic to our existing operations in China. We look forward to welcoming passengers from Hangzhou on the new Emirates A350 soon.”

The Airbus A350 is the first new aircraft model added to Emirates' fleet since 2008. It joins the Boeing 777s and A380s already serving routes in China. The aircraft features updated interiors with higher ceilings and wider aisles across all classes. Passengers can expect improved technology interfaces and advanced inflight entertainment systems.

With this deployment, Emirates introduces Premium Economy class on flights between Dubai and Hangzhou for the first time. This class aims to make luxury travel more accessible by offering amenities such as leather reclining seats with leg rests, adjustable headrests, charging points at each seat, cocktail tables, a 13.3-inch TV screen per passenger, pillows and blankets, amenity kits on select flights, and exclusive sparkling wine.

The Emirates A350 is configured with three classes totaling 312 seats: 32 Business Class seats arranged in a 1-2-1 layout; 21 Premium Economy seats set up in a 2-3-2 configuration; and 259 Economy Class seats arranged in a standard 3-3-3 format.

Customers seeking further information or wishing to book tickets can visit emirates.com or use other official booking channels. For travelers based in China, WeChat Pay is available as a payment option on emirates.com.
