聯邦快遞首次參加2025國際半導體展，展示其在半導體產業全球供應鏈中的物流解決方案。此次展會於台北舉行，聯邦快遞強調其全球網絡、處理高價值貨件的能力，以及以永續為核心的服務，協助半導體企業面對複雜的跨境供應鏈挑戰。
考慮到半導體產品對震動、溫度變化、濕度及靜電放電的敏感性，聯邦快遞提供防震包裝、溫控運輸和端到端數位化工具，以確保貨物安全準時送達，並幫助製造商更有效率地應對生產排程。

台灣在全球半導體製造領域佔有重要地位。根據資策會產業情報研究所（MIC）的資料，到2030年台灣製造商預計將佔全球總產能約八成。隨著人工智慧和高效能運算需求上升，供應鏈壓力增加，需要更快速且具韌性的物流能力。
此次展會中，聯邦快遞重點介紹了FedEx Surround監測與干預解決方案。該系統結合SenseAware ID感測器和即時數據分析，可持續監控貨件狀態並主動干預。SenseAware ID利用低功耗藍牙技術，每兩秒傳送一次定位數據，提高貨物追蹤透明度和反應速度，有效滿足高價值貨物管理需求。如需更多有關FedEx Surround監測與干預以及其他創新服務的信息，可參閱fedex.com。
呼應展會對永續製造的關注，聯邦快遞也展示了其低排放物流創新進展。在台灣，公司已引進12輛全電動FUSO卡車作為日常配送車輛，是首批使用電動車進行配送作業的國際物流公司之一。此外，也與Gaius Automotive合作，引入Rapide 3電動三輪車加入城市配送隊伍。
為支持碳中和目標，聯邦快遞提供「FedEx Sustainability Insights (FSI)」工具給客戶存取排放數據。該工具依循世界資源研究所（WRI）溫室氣體盤查議定書及全球物流排放委員會（GLEC）框架計算碳排放量，但部分地區資訊可能不完整且僅適用於特定條件下之貨件。有關更多細節可參閱官方網站。
