Flying Food Group is looking to hire a Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) Supervisor for its Miami, FL location. The position offers an annual salary ranging from $45,000 to $50,000. The company seeks candidates with experience in food production and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

The FSQ Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and control records, coordinating with USDA and FDA regulatory agents, managing third-party customer audits, training employees on food safety policies and procedures, and conducting inspections of raw materials and finished products.

Applicants should have proven experience in a food safety role, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.
