Iberia, part of International Airlines Group (IAG), has announced an expansion of its long-haul route network for the upcoming winter season. The Spanish airline will add three new destinations, including a direct service between Madrid and Orlando in the United States, as well as two new routes to Brazil.
The new Madrid-Orlando route is scheduled to begin on October 26, 2025, operating four times per week from Madrid Barajas International Airport to Orlando International Airport. With this addition, Iberia will serve nine cities in the US. The flights will be operated using Airbus A330-300 aircraft configured with 292 seats across business class, premium economy, and economy cabins.

Latin America is part of Iberia’s DNA, which is why we continue to invest in this market…In the U.S., we’re launching a new route to Orlando in October and increasing frequencies to New York, Boston and Washington, consolidating our position as the leading airline for traffic between Spain and North America."
