Ethiopian Airlines has been recognized as a 2026 Four Star Global Airline by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX). The award was presented at the APEX/IFSA Global EXPO in Long Beach, California. The selection process involved a comprehensive passenger review, with APEX certifying nearly one million flights from about 600 airlines worldwide to determine its annual Star Ratings.

"This recognition is another testament to the hard work, professionalism, and dedication of our entire team across all areas of the airline. We are deeply honored that our passengers, whose trust we value above all, have rated us among the world’s best. It inspires us to continue raising the bar in customer experience, innovation, and operational excellence," said Mr. Mesfin Tasew, Group Chief Executive Officer of Ethiopian Airlines.

Ethiopian Airlines has made ongoing investments in digital transformation and next-generation cabin products. The airline has also formed global partnerships aimed at improving inflight entertainment, connectivity, and comfort for its passengers.
