Qantas has expanded its commitment to the Airbus A321XLR, adding 20 more aircraft to its order book. The airline had originally ordered 20 of these long-range narrowbody jets and has now doubled that number.

Currently, Qantas has received just two A321XLRs. The decision to increase the order comes as the carrier continues to modernize its fleet and invest in newer, more efficient aircraft.

No further details about delivery timelines or deployment plans have been provided at this time.
