Amazon's KSBD Air Hub announced on Instagram that it hosted a 'Cafecitos y Consejos' professional development session for associates and leaders to connect over career conversations, coaching, and advancement opportunities.

Amazon recently expanded its Career Choice program to include one-on-one virtual career coaching and academic advising, underscoring its focus on preparing employees for advancement. According to AboutAmazon, the services include resume reviews, interview preparation, and guidance on aligning career goals with education. This expansion aims to strengthen pathways for internal mobility across Amazon’s workforce.

The company has committed to large-scale upskilling efforts through its Upskilling 2025 programs, offering employees nine major training pathways to move into higher-demand, better-paying roles. Initiatives such as Technical Apprenticeships, Machine Learning University, and Mechatronics & Robotics training help associates access career advancement within Amazon or externally. This investment reflects Amazon’s broader goal to provide 300,000 employees with new skills by 2025.
