FedEx adds new Hanoi flight route connecting northern Vietnam with Asia and Europe

The new route is expected to strengthen trade between Vietnam and Europe, particularly for sectors like electronics, textiles, and furniture. Since the EU–Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) took effect in 2020, two-way trade between Vietnam and the European Union has grown significantly. According to the National Statistics Office of Vietnam, this figure has reached nearly USD300 billion since 2020. As a result, Vietnam has become the EU’s largest trading partner within ASEAN.

By expanding its network and services, FedEx aims to support exporters from Northern Vietnam as they respond to increasing demand from Europe.
