American Airlines has maintained a steady approach to its mainline fleet, with little change in the types of aircraft it operates over the past year and a half. The airline is experiencing growth, but most changes are centered around cabin updates rather than introducing new aircraft models.
One significant development is American Airlines' plan to begin operations with the Airbus A321XLR. This addition will mark an expansion in the carrier's capabilities, allowing for longer-range flights using narrowbody aircraft.
