Atlas Air Worldwide has announced its participation in several industry events scheduled for October 2025. The company shared this information on the social media platform X, detailing its plans to engage in events located in Bogotá, Prague, St. Louis, and Nashville.

According to Atlas Air, the October schedule will cover various sectors including floriculture, aircraft trading, defense logistics, and air-cargo strategy. These events are expected to provide Atlas Air with opportunities to connect with exporters, lessors, government logisticians, and freight operators. This engagement comes at a time when fourth-quarter shipping peaks and public-private coordination are gaining importance. The Proflora event will focus on perishables from Colombia; ISTAT EMEA will bring together financiers and appraisers; the NDTA-USTRANSCOM meeting will highlight national security mobility; and the Cargo Facts Symposium will address fleet and conversion themes—areas where market-driven efficiency and resilient U.S. supply chains are emphasized.

Atlas Air has outlined four key stops for October 2025: Proflora in Bogotá from October 1–3 (with a public day on October 4), ISTAT EMEA in Prague from October 5–7, the NDTA-USTRANSCOM Fall Meeting in St. Louis from October 6–9, and the Cargo Facts Symposium in Nashville from October 22–24. These events span two continents over a period of 24 days and include a U.S. defense logistics forum where Atlas typically maintains an expo presence at "Booth 127." This schedule is designed to position teams for customer outreach ahead of year-end peak operations.

ISTAT EMEA is set as a three-day event in Prague from October 5–7 at the Hilton Prague. It features a structured agenda that includes plenaries, networking sessions, and an appraising session. Organizers have published a detailed timetable for these dates. The format aims to concentrate aircraft trading and financing activities into a short timeframe conducive to deal-making. With designated exhibit hours and "Deal Zone" spaces facilitating meetings within one venue, it offers an efficient setup for carriers and lessors managing large transaction pipelines before winter.

Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings is a U.S.-based air-cargo and charter group that owns Atlas Air among other assets. It operates ACMI/CMI (Aircraft Crew Maintenance Insurance/Contracted Maintenance Insurance) services along with charter services for commercial shippers, express carriers, and the U.S. military. Founded in 1992 with headquarters in White Plains, New York, it is recognized as the largest operator of Boeing 747 aircraft globally with operations spanning major North American gateways. The company's business model integrates outsourced widebody lift services, military support under Civil Reserve Air Fleet commitments, and dry-leasing through affiliates.
