Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer reported delivering 62 aircraft in the third quarter of 2025, reflecting a rise in both commercial and executive jet deliveries compared to previous quarters. The company has managed to grow its output despite ongoing supply chain difficulties.

From July to September 2025, Embraer delivered 20 commercial jets, which included 11 E195-E2s, seven E175s, and two E190-E2 regional jets. This marks an improvement over the second quarter of 2025, when 19 commercial aircraft were delivered, as well as over the same period last year with 16 deliveries. In the first quarter of this year, only seven commercial jets were handed over.

Embraer has set its sights on delivering between 77 and 85 commercial aircraft for the entire year. By the end of September, it had already delivered 47 units. The company will need to deliver another 31 jets in the final quarter to reach its goal. Traditionally, December is a busy month for Embraer's deliveries.

In its executive jet segment, Embraer recorded 41 deliveries during the third quarter—an increase from the previous quarter's figure of 38 but unchanged from the same period in 2024. The breakdown includes 20 Phenom 300s and three Phenom 100s among light jets, with midsize models accounting for eleven Praetor 500s and seven Praetor 600s. For all of 2025, Embraer expects to deliver between 145 and 155 private jets.

Additionally, one KC-390 Millennium military transport was delivered during the period.

September saw significant new orders for Embraer's largest commercial model, the E195-E2. Avelo Airlines signed for up to 100 units (50 firm orders and options for another 50), valued at $4.4 billion based on list prices. The airline stated that these aircraft would help "modernize" its fleet and enhance cost efficiency and network coverage. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in early 2027.

Avelo also noted that the plane's "short-field performance" would be beneficial for operations.

Separately, LATAM Airlines Group placed an order for up to 74 E195-E2 aircraft (24 firm plus options for another fifty). Deliveries will start next year with LATAM Airlines Brazil receiving its first units from mid-2026 onward; other group subsidiaries may follow later depending on operational needs. The firm part of this deal is valued at $2.1 billion.
