TopCashback, an online shopping portal that partners with more than 7,000 retailers, is offering a $25 welcome bonus to new members who earn their first $10 in cash back before December 31. The platform works by passing 100% of the commissions it receives from merchants directly to its users, making money instead through advertising and sponsored links.

The service allows shoppers to earn cash back on purchases from major brands such as Adidas, Apple, eBay, Macy's, Sephora, and travel companies like Marriott and Hilton. TopCashback also supports earning rewards for certain gift card purchases and curbside pickup orders.

According to TopCashback, "the USA's most generous cash back website," the company differentiates itself by offering a "Highest Cash Back Guarantee." This guarantee means if users find a better cash-back rate on select competing sites—BeFrugal, Capital One Shopping, GoCashBack, Honey, MaxRebates, Mr. Rebates, Rakuten or Tada—on the same day as their transaction, they can submit a claim within seven days for TopCashback to match the higher rate once approved. Users are encouraged to keep timestamped screenshots of any higher offers when filing claims.

To sign up for TopCashback and take advantage of the current promotion, individuals need only register with an email address and password on the site. Once registered, they can begin earning rewards on online purchases immediately. There are no minimum payout requirements; users may redeem earnings via PayPal, automated clearing house transfer or gift cards—including options like Amazon and Disney—with some merchants offering up to a 5% bonus when choosing certain payout methods.

For easier use of the service while shopping online, TopCashback offers browser extensions compatible with Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox. These notify users about available deals at participating retailers.

Users should be aware that tracking relies on cookies being enabled in their browsers and that only promo codes found directly through TopCashback are eligible for earning rewards. Restrictions vary by merchant; some exclude gift cards or specific products from bonuses.

While many shopping portals offer different types of rewards—including points or airline miles—TopCashback’s focus is strictly monetary rewards in either cash or gift cards. Shoppers looking for maximum value may compare rates using aggregator tools such as Cashback Monitor before finalizing transactions.

As always when shopping online for rewards programs like this one—or alternatives such as Rakuten which allow conversion of earnings into American Express Membership Rewards points—users should review restrictions carefully and consider which reward format aligns best with their spending habits.
