Cathay Pacific has announced an online-only promotion offering a $250 discount on return Business Class and Premium Economy flights from Australia and New Zealand to any of its destinations, including Hong Kong. The sale is available from October 6 to October 20, 2025, for travel between October 6, 2025, and March 31, 2026.

To access the discount, travelers must book directly through Cathay Pacific’s website and use the code SAVE250AU for departures from Australia or SAVE250NZ for those from New Zealand. Eligible departure cities include Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Cairns, Adelaide, Auckland, and Christchurch. Some routes from Adelaide, Cairns, and Christchurch are seasonal and operate only during selected periods.

AirlineRatings recently experienced Cathay Pacific’s Premium Economy and Business Class cabins and recommends booking quickly to take advantage of the offer. The airline highlights that its Business Class and Premium Economy cabins are designed for increased space and comfort. "Cathay Pacific’s Business Class and Premium Economy cabins are designed to provide enhanced space, comfort, understated luxury, functionality and superb service for travellers seeking to make the flight part of their travel experience, arriving at their destination refreshed and rested," the company stated.

Direct seasonal flights will be available from Adelaide between November 12, 2025, and March 27, 2026; from Cairns between December 9, 2025, and February 28, 2026; and from Christchurch between November 3, 2025, and March 28, 2026. Premium Economy is not available on flights departing from Cairns.
