Kawal Preet, executive vice president of Planning, Engineering, and Transformation at FedEx, has been named to the "Fortune Most Powerful Women Asia 2025" list. The announcement was made by FedEx on October 7, 2025. Preet previously served as president of the Asia Pacific region for the company.

The Fortune Most Powerful Women (MPW) Asia 2025 list recognizes 100 women leaders from a range of sectors including finance, consumer goods, technology, transportation, aviation, industry, and energy. According to Fortune Asia CEO Anne Khoon-Fong, "MPW Asia 2025 celebrates diversity. From the most influential corporate boardrooms in Asia to the stages of culture, sports and public activity, these honorees are setting the agenda for Asia and shaping its future. They embody the depth, breadth and creativity that represent today’s most powerful and influential women in Asia."

Recipients were selected based on criteria such as business scale and health, career progress, influence, innovation efforts, and social impact initiatives. Among those recognized are executives holding global or regional positions at Fortune Global 500 companies as well as cultural figures and public sector leaders from across Asia.
