Siari, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, is set to open on Mexico's west coast in December and is now accepting reservations for stays beginning December 15. The resort is located in Riviera Nayarit, about 45 minutes from Puerto Vallarta Airport, and occupies 920 acres that feature both jungle scenery and more than four miles of beach. According to the company, the property sits on the area's largest swimmable beach.

The resort will offer 91 ocean-view rooms and suites. Options include terrace suites, accommodations with plunge pools, and a five-bedroom presidential suite.

Dining options at Siari include Pacific Ocean-inspired meals by chef David Castro Hussong at Zulu, international cuisine at Estero, Asian-fusion dishes at Naao, and wood-fired flatbreads at Masa Madre. There are also a coffee house and juice bar available.

Guests can participate in activities such as guided hikes, snorkeling sessions, cooking classes focused on traditional Nayarit food preparation, or use the fitness center. The Ha Yeka Wellness Center offers massages and facials. For golf enthusiasts, there is a Tom Fazio-designed championship course with four oceanfront holes. The resort’s kids club provides environmental-focused programming for children.

Siari follows the opening of Nekajui, another Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Costa Rica’s Peninsula Papagayo, and joins Zadun in San Jose del Cabo as part of the brand’s expansion in Latin America.

Cash rates for Siari start around $863 per night. Marriott Bonvoy members can book award nights starting from approximately 142,000 points per night; however, prices may vary due to dynamic pricing. Marriott’s "Stay for 5, Pay for 4" program allows guests booking with points to receive one free night when staying five nights.

"Though we'll have to get there ourselves for a firsthand TPG review, we have high expectations for this property," according to the release. "And if anything, the slightly less well-known destination gives travelers an exciting area to explore away from the crowds."
