The support of exceptional leaders and mentors at FedEx has been invaluable. As a member of an organization that actively supports women’s leadership, I hope this recognition inspires more women both inside and outside our company.”

Ang Khoon Fong, CEO of Fortune Asia, commented: “This year’s MPW Asia 2025 celebrates the diversity and influence of women leaders making an impact not only in major economic sectors but also in culture, sports and public service across Asian countries. They are setting agendas for Asia’s future; their insightfulness, broad capability and creativity exemplify what it means to be a leading woman in today’s Asia.”

Fortune is recognized globally as one of the most influential business publications. Selection for its Most Powerful Women list is based on criteria including company size and financial health; career trajectory; influence; innovation; and social contribution. This year’s honorees include top executives—such as CEOs and chairpersons—from Global 500 companies as well as major Southeast Asian firms. The list also features prominent figures from arts, sports and public service fields.
