Kimpton announces new Park Avenue hotel set for January opening

The hotel will feature one dining venue called Park & Bel. This cafe transitions from serving coffee in the morning to offering charcuterie boards and wine in the afternoon. A daily afternoon wine happy hour will also be held in the lobby.

Kimpton Ashbel joins other Kimpton hotels in New York City including Kimpton Hotel Eventi in Chelsea and Kimpton Theta New York near Times Square. Another property, Kimpton Era near Rockefeller Center, is expected to open next year with 529 rooms across 33 stories.

Room rates at Kimpton Ashbel start at $246 per night through late 2025 but may increase during peak seasons. Award bookings are available starting at approximately 28,000 IHG One Rewards points per night.
