Amazon has announced that its KSBD Air Hub in San Bernardino recognized its September High Flyers for their outstanding commitment to the company's 16 Leadership Principles. The honorees were rewarded with customized swag bags, as said in a press release.

According to Amazon’s official KSBD Air Hub Instagram account, the "High Flyers of the Month" initiative is an employee-recognition program designed to celebrate staff members who excel in embodying Amazon’s core values, such as Earn Trust, Deliver Results, and Customer Obsession. The San Bernardino air hub emphasized that these recognitions are part of ongoing efforts to build a culture of appreciation and excellence. The Instagram post, published on October 23, 2025, highlighted photos of the honored employees and publicly thanked them for their hard work and dedication.

The KSBD Air Hub’s September honorees were recognized for demonstrating leadership and teamwork in one of Amazon Air’s busiest West Coast logistics hubs.
