For almost a year, Air France customers have been able to drop off and check in their baggage at locations in Paris and the Paris region before arriving at the airport. Now, the company is also offering a new baggage delivery service to an address in the greater Paris region upon arrival of their flight.

These optional services are provided in partnership with Alltheway, which offers secure baggage storage and transfer services to and from the airport. Before or after their trip, customers can travel light without worrying about their bags.

With Alltheway, Air France now provides its customers with the option of having their checked baggage delivered upon arrival at Paris-Charles de Gaulle. Alltheway collects their baggage from the carrousel in the arrivals hall and delivers it to their home address or another location of choice within Paris or its surrounding areas.

Alltheway agents manage customers’ baggage and ensure its security throughout the process while coordinating with customs authorities. Customers can track their baggage every step of the way. They no longer need to wait for their baggage on arrival; instead, they can travel light and retrieve it directly at home or a hotel.

The baggage is delivered between 6 and 12 hours after flight arrival, depending on pick-up location and customer preference. The service costs from 65 euros for two bags, then 15 euros per additional bag. It is available on all flights operated by Air France arriving at Paris-Charles de Gaulle.

Before departing from Paris-Charles de Gaulle or Paris-Orly, Air France customers can drop off and check in their baggage directly from home or one of many drop-off points available across strategic locations in Paris and its regions. This summer, new drop-off points include Gare du Nord train station**, Wojo coworking space near Saint Lazare train station, and New York hotel at Disneyland Paris.

These new points complement existing ones in six ACCOR hotels: Novotel Tour Eiffel, Mercure Tour Eiffel, Novotel Les Halles, Pullman La Défense, Pullman Bercy, and Novotel Paris-Est. Drop-off is also available at major trade fair sites such as Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Villepinte Exhibition Centre, and Palais des Congrès convention centre.

Alltheway manages customers’ baggage at these accessible drop-off points and delivers them directly to the airline’s check-in desk at the airport. The luggage undergoes rigorous security checks before being loaded onto flights. From an Alltheway personal account, customers can track their luggage in real-time up until it reaches the airport.

This service is available from 30 hours up to 5 hours before flight departure depending on drop-off location. It costs 25 euros for one bag plus 15 euros per additional bag. The service applies to all flights operated by Air France departing from Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly except those bound for Tel Aviv.

*Service available in départements 75 (Paris), 92 (Hauts-de-Seine), 93 (Seine-Saint-Denis), and 94 (Val-de-Marne).

**Concierge desk located on level -1.

***Depending on customer’s baggage allowance excluding special items like pushchairs or golf bags.
