On July 23, 2024, Air France inaugurated a new airport journey at Paris-Charles de Gaulle for its La Première customers. The initiative includes a new check-in lobby and airport suites designed to enhance privacy and complement the La Première lounge.

Air France is an official partner of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Next winter, the airline plans to unveil its new La Première cabin.

Upon arrival at the airport, each La Première guest is welcomed by a dedicated concierge who handles their luggage. Guests are then guided to an exclusive check-in lobby where an Air France team manages all departure-related procedures. This area includes 15 seats and two private lounges for enhanced privacy*. The check-in lobby also caters to arriving passengers, offering relaxation areas, shower facilities, and baggage retrieval services.

The lobby's design combines individualized spaces with an overall sense of expansiveness. Decorated in white and gray with touches of red, it features furnishings from French designers Pierre Paulin and Christophe Pillet. Once formalities are concluded, guests are escorted to the La Première lounge via a private passage with a dedicated security checkpoint.

The Air France La Première lounge spans 1,000 square meters (10,700 square feet) and offers tranquil retreats for guests. Gastronomy is highlighted with a menu crafted by Alain Ducasse and his team. The lounge also features a spa operated by Sisley.

For additional privacy before journeys or during layovers, passengers can reserve exclusive suites adjacent to the lounge. Each suite includes a living area, bedroom with double bed, bathroom, and outdoor patio. Guests have access to a menu curated by Alain Ducasse as well as the Sisley spa.

These suites are decorated with fresh flowers, luxurious linens, and haute-couture finishes. They feature iconic French designs such as Charlotte Perriand's writing table and Philippe Starck's Privé sofa. Each suite also includes unique artwork by French artists.

This new private airport journey is part of Air France’s La Première service while the airport suites start at 800 euros.

During winter 2024-2025 season, Air France will introduce its redesigned La Première cabin featuring up to three modular living spaces: a seat, chaise lounge, and flat bed. This configuration will be extended across more aircraft than currently deployed.

As of summer 2024, La Première suites are available on select Boeing 777-300ERs flying to destinations including Abidjan, Dubai; Los Angeles; Miami; New York-JFK; San Francisco; Sao Paulo; Singapore; Tokyo-Haneda; Washington D.C.
