Geoffrey Thomas Editor-In-Chief - US Bureau Chief | Airline Ratings

Geoffrey Thomas, Editor-in-Chief of Airlineratings.com, recently reviewed the new Qatar Airways Qsuite Next Gen at the Farnborough Air Show. According to Mr. Thomas, the new business class suite represents a significant advancement over the airline’s current offerings.

Mr. Thomas stated, “The new Qatar Airways Qsuite is a quantum leap over the airline’s existing offering and redefines business class travel. It is stunning!” He added that when Qatar Airways first introduced the Qsuite in March 2017, it set a new standard in business class travel that other airlines have only recently matched. With the introduction of the Qsuite Next Genx, he believes Qatar Airways has once again set itself apart.

The new QSuite, scheduled for introduction in the first quarter of 2026 on Boeing 777-9 aircraft, offers several innovative features. Mr. Thomas highlighted its increased spaciousness and added security safe. Additionally, window-side seats can be converted into dual suites to allow passengers to share drinks or meals together.
