A Titanium member reported being told they were "upgraded" to a premium room, only to find an additional charge of $100 per day. The guest expressed frustration, stating, “I had to look foolish in front of my date swapping back” to the original room. While complimentary upgrades are a common perk for loyalty members, this situation involved an upsell disguised as an upgrade.

The Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) new flight path at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) has sparked debate.
