A wheelchair assistant working for a company such as Prospect or PrimeFlight faced an unexpected altercation involving disembarking American Airlines passengers. The incident occurred on a flight from Miami International Airport (MIA) to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL).
