FedEx prioritizes creating a workplace where employees feel valued through comprehensive health programs, mental health support, and initiatives promoting work-life balance. Its 'Safety Above All' principle emphasizes maintaining a safe workplace, earning it the ‘Zero Accident’ Award from the Ministry of Labor.

In promoting inclusivity, FedEx implements programs ensuring equal opportunities for all employees across various backgrounds. Approximately 19 percent of its workforce in Thailand is under 30 years old, with women holding 47 percent of management roles.

FedEx's community outreach includes environmental stewardship initiatives such as waste recycling projects and donating electronic devices to rural schools. These efforts have earned it Platinum Level recognition for CSR Excellence from the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand for over ten years.
