Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is currently advancing its infrastructure with the relocation of segments for the Midfield Satellite Concourse South Terminal. This development is part of a broader effort to modernize the airport, aiming to enhance service for millions of travelers each year.

The construction involves approximately 150,000 square feet and utilizes an innovative Offsite Construction and Relocation (OCR) technique. The project will feature eight Airplane Design Group III narrowbody gates and aims for LEED Silver certification.

The building segments are transported using two Mammoet Self-Propelled Modular Transporters. The design architect for this project is Woods Bagot Los Angeles, with Raw International as the associate architect. W.E. O'Neil Construction serves as both general contractor and construction manager.
