Servair, a member of gategroup and a leader in airline catering, has announced a partnership with "C’est Qui Le Patron?", a cooperative society in the agri-food sector. This collaboration aims to ensure fair remuneration for producers by offering consumers the choice to purchase 100% French products.

"C’est Qui Le Patron?" allows consumers to influence their purchasing decisions while supporting fair trade principles. The initiative emphasizes food sovereignty, as Servair consumes over 200,000 liters of UHT milk annually. Through this partnership, they commit to distributing 43% of the sale price back to producers and supporting more than 300 farming families from regions such as Bresse, Centre, and the Loire Valley.

The brand also allocates all its profits to solidarity or environmental projects that support producers, taking up to 5% of the sale price. Hugo Souchet, Director of Food & Supply Chain Purchasing at Servair, expressed commitment to expanding beyond UHT milk into other sectors like apple juice and egg products.

In addition to this partnership, Servair's Studio Culinaire was established in 2009 with Michelin-starred chefs and industry experts. In 2022, they developed a "Manifesto for Committed and Sustainable Cuisine" reflecting their dedication to sustainable practices.

Servair's Corporate Social Responsibility approach includes ensuring healthy offerings through its "Make Eat Better" charter. This charter promotes responsible food products under the initiative "Made in Local."
