フェデックスは、輸入業務の効率化を目指した新しいツール「FedExインポートツール」を発表しました。このツールは、輸入プロセスを自動化し、一元化することで可視性を向上させ、手作業による通関書類作成や規制遵守の負担を軽減します。日本、オーストラリア、台湾、韓国で利用可能であり、今後さらに多くの市場で提供される予定です。
アジア太平洋地域社長のカワール・プリット氏は、「FedExインポートツールは、ビジネスの加速化に対応する革新的なソリューションであり、フェデックスが提供するお客様への価値を示すものです」と述べています。さらに、日本における代表者の久保田圭氏も、「FedExインポートツールの導入は、我々の革新とお客様へのサービスに対するコミットメントを表すものです」と語っています。
このツールにはセルフサービス型統合プラットフォームや直感的なダッシュボードなどが含まれており、24時間モニタリング機能も備えています。また、「FedEx Ship Manager™」や「FedEx Ship Manager Lite」など他のデジタルソリューションも提供しています。
