dnata, a prominent provider of air and travel services worldwide, has secured a multi-year contract with Royal Jordanian Airlines at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York. The agreement involves dnata delivering comprehensive passenger, ramp, and baggage services to the airline. Royal Jordanian operates daily flights between JFK Terminal Eight and Queen Alia International Airport in Amman.

This new contract builds on the existing collaboration between dnata and Royal Jordanian in the United States, where dnata has been offering ground handling services at Detroit since 2019.

At JFK International Airport, dnata operates from terminals One and Four and serves over 30 airlines annually with its team of 1,100 aviation professionals managing more than 21,000 flights.

In addition to its partnership with Royal Jordanian Airlines, dnata provides various ground handling, logistics, and cargo services to over 70 airline customers across the USA through its workforce of 3,300 employees. In the financial year 2023-24 alone, dnata handled over 60,000 flights within the USA.

Globally established in 1959, dnata offers diverse services including ground handling and catering across more than 30 countries on six continents. During the financial year 2023-24, dnata managed over 778,000 aircraft turns globally.
