Federal Express Corporation has announced the European launch of its FedEx Surround® portfolio, a monitoring and intervention solution aimed at improving logistics and supply chain management. This new offering will initially be available to the healthcare sector in several countries including the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Spain, and Switzerland. Other markets are expected to follow by late 2024 and early 2025.

The FedEx Surround® technologies aim to predict potential disruptions in shipping processes. The system offers three levels of service: Select, Preferred, and Premium. These services cater to various industries such as healthcare, aerospace, automotive, and high-tech by providing updates and interventions that ensure timely delivery of sensitive shipments.
