Star Alliance has announced the appointment of Ambar Franco as Vice President, Customer Experience. This move is part of the alliance's ongoing efforts to enhance customer satisfaction across its network. Franco will focus on improving various aspects of the customer journey, from booking to post-travel loyalty. She joins Star Alliance with a wealth of experience in the travel industry, having previously held senior roles at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

Luc Lachoix holds the position of Vice President, Digital & Technology at Star Alliance. He oversees IT architecture and operations while supporting customer experience and loyalty business areas. Lachoix has a background in airline industry technology, including leadership roles at Amadeus and Sabre.

Renato Ramos serves as Vice President, Strategy. With seven years at Star Alliance and previous experience at Avianca and LATAM Airlines, Ramos leads strategic initiatives and business planning for the alliance.

Currently offering 17,500 daily flights to over 1,150 airports worldwide through its member airlines and connecting partner Juneyao Airlines.
