Amazon has introduced a new benefit for its Prime members, allowing them to save 10 cents per gallon at select gas stations across the United States. This announcement was made on October 23.

To take advantage of this offer, existing Prime members need to activate it online. They must sign up for an Earnify account through BP and link it with their Prime account. The Earnify account will help users find the nearest participating gas station where they can start earning savings at the pump.

Members have two options to earn savings at eligible gas stations. They can either enter their phone number or linked payment method as displayed in their Amazon account, or they can use the app by selecting the gas station and pump they are using.

The promotion allows members to save up to 10 cents per gallon per trip, potentially resulting in an average annual savings of $70 at participating BP, Amoco, and Ampm stations.

Amazon Prime membership costs $14.99 monthly or $139 annually. Individuals aged 18 to 24 are eligible for a six-month free trial followed by a discounted rate of $7.49 monthly or $69 annually. Non-members can try Amazon Prime for free for 30 days.

Prime members enjoy various benefits such as exclusive deals on Amazon purchases, free next-day shipping, and a complimentary Grubhub+ membership.
