Sichuan Huahui Business Aviation Services has inaugurated a new facility at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport in China. This development is a collaboration between Sichuan Airport Group Aviation Ground Services and Sino Jet. The Chengdu Fixed Base Operator (FBO) aims to combine traditional business aviation with the emerging low-altitude sector.
The facility, covering 5,500 square meters, provides services for private jets and their clients, including dining and art exhibitions. It also serves as a hub for electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft and other low-altitude regional aircraft, allowing passengers to transition seamlessly between different modes of transport.
Sichuan Huahui Business Aviation Services describes itself as a pioneer in integrating business aviation with the low-altitude economy model. The company believes that identifying opportunities in the eVTOL and advanced air mobility sector will enable it to offer seamless door-to-door travel options. It stated that this would "inject new vitality into urban transportation in the Southwest region and beyond, presenting new solutions to increasingly severe urban traffic congestion issues."
