Rachel Galvo is a traveler with a unique approach to her adventures, often filled with spontaneity and humor. After completing her college exams, she celebrated in Barcelona with friends, enjoying the city's mix of beach and culture. "To celebrate finishing our final year exams in Trinity, I took a trip to Barcelona with my girlfriends—one of the best holidays of my life," she recalls.

During their visit to La Sagrada Família, Rachel and her friends engaged in an impromptu singalong. "We all took one and started a singalong outside the cathedral. I’m sure we sounded absolutely awful, but we had a huge crowd of tourists singing along to the Lion King songs," she shares.

Rachel's frequent travels have turned airplane seats into her workspace. "Recently my job has meant a lot of flights, so the plane has become my second office," she notes.

Her early holiday memories are tied to the Algarve in Portugal. "This will be damaging to my reputation... but my first memory of a holiday is the Algarve in Portugal," she admits.

In Ireland, Rachel's family tradition includes visiting County Kerry annually. "We set aside a day to drive across into Glengarriff in Cork, which is where my Grandad grew up," she says.

At 21, Rachel visited Edinburgh and was captivated by its charm. "I love Edinburgh... It was my first solo trip and I felt very comfortable there," she mentions.

Rachel moved to London for acting school, which changed her career path significantly. "If I hadn’t done that, I wouldn’t be doing my current job, performing," she explains.

She praises her travel companion Kate for always being ready for new adventures. "My best friend Kate has been to a lot of cool places and she’s always up for embracing a new adventure."
