Delta Air Lines has been recognized as one of the 2025 Fortune Best Workplaces for Women, marking its return to the list since 2019. The recognition is based on employee feedback gathered through the Great Place To Work Trust Index Survey and an evaluation by Great Place To Work (GPTW). Delta ranked 25th among the top 100 Best Large Workplaces for Women.
"This honor reflects the impact of employee feedback and our ongoing commitment to progress through listening and shared growth," said Stephanie Asbury, Chief Talent Officer. "From our annual WING flight to our partnerships with the WNBA, NWSL and Women’s Sports Foundation, Delta has long been committed to creating a world where women can thrive and lead."
Delta's efforts include introducing support for fertility, surrogacy, and adoption services in response to challenges employees reported when starting families. Since implementing these benefits in 2023 through partnerships with Progyny and Maven, over 2,000 employees have begun family-building processes by 2025, resulting in more than 250 births.
