The Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo Del Sol in Mexico is set to open its doors on August 21, 2025. The hotel is already accepting reservations, offering opportunities for guests to book stays using World of Hyatt points. Notably, the resort falls under Category 8, and off-peak rates are available for 35,000 points per night through October next year. For those opting to pay cash, rates begin at $765 per night in August.

Booking new hotels can carry risks due to potential delays that may affect opening dates. Additionally, travelers should be aware of Cabo's weather conditions during August and September, which can include high temperatures and rain.

The Park Hyatt Los Cabos promises a range of amenities for guests. Rooms start at 649 square feet and feature patios or terraces, soaking tubs, walk-in showers, and modern entertainment options such as 55-inch TVs with Chromecast. Larger suites offer swim-up pools and villas come equipped with private pools, living rooms, and kitchens.

Dining options at the resort include five restaurants and bars featuring a variety of cuisines from Mediterranean to Mexican. Additional facilities include a beach club and bar, a pool bar, a coffee shop, five swimming pools including one beachfront pool with ocean views, and a fitness and wellness center spanning 59,000 square feet.

As travel enthusiasts look forward to this opening next year among others yet to be announced by TPG (The Points Guy), they can also explore current anticipated openings from this year that have generated excitement within the travel community.
