Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) has announced an expansion of its route network for the 2025 summer season. The airline will introduce new non-stop services from Zurich to Niš in Serbia, Heringsdorf in Germany, Montpellier in France, and Dubrovnik in Croatia. Additionally, SWISS will continue the Geneva-Berlin service launched this winter into the summer schedules.

Heike Birlenbach, SWISS Chief Commercial Officer, commented on the expansion: “We are constantly striving to tailor our flight programme even more closely to our customers’ wishes and needs. To this end, we work unceasingly to steadily further develop our range of air services and expand these where appropriate. So we’re delighted to provide our customers with an even more attractive and varied air travel offer for next year’s summer timetable period.”

The new destinations from Zurich include flights to Niš on Mondays and Thursdays during July and August. Heringsdorf will be served on Saturdays, while Montpellier will have flights on Mondays and Fridays. Service to Dubrovnik is set to commence on April 17, 2025, with up to five weekly flights throughout the summer schedule until October's end.

In addition to these new routes, SWISS plans to increase flight frequencies to several European cities such as Manchester, Krakow, Košice, and Copenhagen. The long-haul destinations of Washington DC, Toronto, and Seoul will also be included in the 2025 summer schedules.

SWISS aims to focus on Mediterranean destinations due to strong demand during the summer months. The airline's summer schedule will run from March 30 to October 25, offering a total of 116 destinations from Zurich and Geneva.

The new services are available for booking through SWISS's website and other booking channels.
