Finnair offers up to half-price discount on Avios purchases

Finnair Plus is currently offering a significant discount on the purchase of Avios, the shared loyalty currency among several frequent flyer programs. This promotion, which runs until November 20, 2024, allows customers to buy Avios with discounts ranging from 35% to 50%, depending on the quantity purchased.

According to Finnair Plus, "You must buy at least 5,000 Avios to get 35% off," with higher discounts available for larger purchases. The cost per Avios can range between 1.12 and 1.87 cents during this promotional period.

Avios can be used across various programs including Aer Lingus AerClub, British Airways Executive Club, Iberia Plus, and Qatar Airways Privilege Club. They can also be transferred between these programs at a 1:1 ratio.
