- **American Airlines AAdvantage**: Offers up to a 35% discount on miles, with prices as low as 2.45 cents per mile. "This is significantly higher than TPG's current valuation of American miles," but it could still be worthwhile for high-end awards.

- **Air Canada Aeroplan**: Provides up to a 30% discount on purchases of at least 100,000 points. The rate can drop to about 1.76 cents per point.

- **JetBlue TrueBlue**: Features a targeted promotion with up to 100% bonus points, bringing the cost down to 1.61 cents per point.

- **Finnair Plus Avios**: Offers up to a 50% discount on Avios purchases, reducing the price to approximately 1.12 cents per Avios.

- **HawaiianMiles**: Allows members to receive up to a 100% bonus, lowering the purchase rate to 1.27 cents per mile.

- **United MileagePlus**: Promotes an up-to-100% bonus on miles purchased, potentially reducing costs to as low as 1.88 cents per mile.

For hotel loyalty programs:

- **Choice Privileges**: Offers a "Fall special" sale with a 50% bonus on points purchases at rates as low as 0.68 cents per point.

- **Hilton Honors**: Provides a 100% bonus on purchased points, effectively halving the cost per point to just 0.5 cents each.

- **IHG One Rewards (targeted)**: Members can earn up to a 100% bonus on points purchases, dropping rates down to around 0.5 cents per point.

- **Marriott Bonvoy**: Members can receive up to a 45% bonus when purchasing at least 2,000 points at rates starting from about 0.86 cents each.

- **World of Hyatt**: Offers a promotion with a modest increase in value through its current offer of a "25% bonus."

When considering purchasing these loyalty rewards, it's crucial not only to look at promotional rates but also consider how they align with your travel plans and needs since loyalty programs frequently change their valuations unexpectedly.
