FedEx, la principal línea de carga aérea a nivel mundial, ha reafirmado su compromiso con la sostenibilidad en más de 220 países y territorios donde opera. La empresa ha destacado sus esfuerzos para reducir la huella de carbono en sus operaciones aéreas, flota terrestre e instalaciones en su reciente informe anual de impacto económico global.

En América Latina, FedEx está introduciendo vehículos eléctricos en Brasil, Chile y México. Además, ha incorporado dos aviones ATR72 600F para rutas selectas en México, que son más eficientes en el consumo de combustible y generan un 45% menos de emisiones comparadas con otras aeronaves similares.
