The Boeing Company has announced the election of Tim Buckley to its Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2025. Buckley will join the Finance and Governance & Public Policy committees.

"Tim is a renowned, trusted leader who brings the voice of the investor and a track record of business success to our Board," stated Boeing Board Chair Steve Mollenkopf. His career at Vanguard spanned 33 years, during which he served in various roles including Chief Investment Officer and Chief Information Officer.

Buckley becomes the twelfth member of Boeing's board and is the tenth new director appointed since 2019 as part of ongoing board refreshment efforts. These directors bring experience across several fields such as aerospace, safety, engineering, manufacturing, cyber technology, artificial intelligence, software development, risk oversight, audit processes, supply chain management, sustainability practices and finance.
