Alaska Airlines has been recognized with the 2024 Business Traveler North America Award for Best Inflight Food & Beverage. This award acknowledges the airline's commitment to providing high-quality and sustainable food options that showcase West Coast flavors.

Alaska Airlines' recent culinary initiatives include collaborations with notable chefs like Brandon Jew from San Francisco’s Michelin-starred Mister Jiu’s restaurant. They also introduced unique beverages such as 'Cloud Cruiser,' a custom craft beer brewed by Fremont Brewing in Seattle.
