Airport lounges in the United States have evolved into luxurious spaces, offering travelers a comfortable retreat from busy terminals. With amenities such as high-end dining and shower facilities, these lounges are becoming an essential part of air travel, particularly for frequent flyers.

Delta Air Lines has made significant strides in enhancing its premium services with the opening of the Delta One Lounge at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) in New York. This lounge, spanning 36,000 square feet, is located in Terminal 4 and offers various spaces tailored to travelers' needs. "The centerpiece of the lounge is its sophisticated dining area," featuring a menu inspired by New York's culinary scene. The lounge also includes private showers and quiet areas for rest.

United Airlines has opened its largest lounge at Denver International Airport (DEN), covering over 35,000 square feet with seating for 600 passengers. This facility features panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains and multiple dining options. "Travelers can enjoy local Colorado-inspired cuisine," enhancing their experience before flights.

American Airlines' largest Flagship Lounge is located at Miami International Airport (MIA). The 29,000-square-foot space caters to first-class and business-class passengers on international flights. Designed with Miami's vibrant culture in mind, it offers tropical-inspired decor and floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views.

At Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), United's Polaris Lounge provides a 27,000-square-foot space designed for international business-class passengers. It includes individual sleeping pods and a gourmet à la carte dining menu crafted by world-class chefs.

Lastly, American Express has unveiled its largest Centurion Lounge at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). Spanning 26,000 square feet, this lounge offers unique spaces such as private workstations and family-friendly areas.
