Arthur Blank, a notable figure in the National Football League (NFL) and co-founder of Home Depot, is recognized for his business acumen and substantial wealth. Born on September 27, 1942, in New York City, Blank pursued an education at Babson College before embarking on a career that led him to Arthur Young and Company as a senior accountant. He later became Vice President of Finance at Daylin Corporation but was dismissed due to internal conflicts.

In 1978, Blank co-founded Home Depot with Bernard Marcus. The company adopted a warehouse model that revolutionized home improvement retailing and contributed significantly to their financial success. Blank's net worth now approaches $10 billion. In addition to his business ventures, he owns the Atlanta Falcons NFL team and Atlanta United FC of Major League Soccer (MLS).

Blank's wealth enables him to own several private jets. Among them is the Bombardier Global 6000, registered as N611BF. Built in 2016 with serial number 9774, it is owned by AMB Group LLC, part of the Blank Family of Businesses (BFOB). In 2024 alone, this aircraft has completed 193 flights totaling nearly 350 flight hours. It frequently visits Fulton County Airport in Georgia, Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport in Louisiana, and Teterboro Airport in New Jersey.

The Bombardier Global Express series includes the Global 6000 flown by Blank. This series emerged after Bombardier acquired Canadair in 1986 and sought to expand upon the Challenger 600's success by developing a longer-range jet. Collaborating with Canadair engineers and partners like Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and BMW Rolls-Royce, Bombardier launched the Global Express line.

The Global Express prototype first flew in October 1996 and entered service in July 1999. Subsequent upgrades led to models like the Global 6000 featuring enhancements such as the Bombardier Vision flight deck based on Rockwell Collins Pro Line Fusion avionics and Rolls-Royce BR710A2-20 engines.

Blank also owns a Bombardier Global 7500 registered as N62LV, built in 2020 with serial number 70044. Also under AMB Group LLC ownership, this newer jet has logged more flights than its predecessor—220 flights amounting to over 401 flight hours so far in 2024—and frequently visits airports including Fulton County Airport and Northeast Florida Regional Airport.

The Global 7500 represents Bombardier's flagship business jet with advancements over previous models like transonic wings and General Electric Passport engines providing nearly 19,000 pounds of thrust.
