Flying Food Group (FFG) Executive Chef Roman Javier said that the company's culinary excellence and creativity enable it to deliver restaurant-quality in-flight dining. Javier made this statement at FFG's Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) facility on December 16.

"Unlike some other providers, FFG operates as a culinary-focused caterer, bringing an elevated level of creativity and restaurant-quality food to in-flight dining," said Javier. "We collaborate closely with our airline partners to customize menus that reflect their brand and meet diverse passenger preferences,"

According to their website, Flying Food Group provides culinary excellence by employing a dynamic, multinational team of skilled chefs who develop and supervise the production of authentic, chef-driven cuisine that reflects the cultural diversity of its airline customers.

Javier is the Executive Chef at FFG's LAX facility and has been with the company for over a year. In his role, he leads a diverse culinary team to craft innovative in-flight meals for passengers.
