Hilton has announced the upcoming opening of Conrad Los Cabos, a new resort set to debut in 2027. The Baja California destination will feature 111 rooms, each offering at least 500 square feet of indoor space and 200 square feet of outdoor space with private plunge pools. Additionally, guests can choose from 21 suites and 43 residences ranging from two to four bedrooms.

The resort will offer five dining options, including an all-day restaurant, a specialty eatery, a pool bar and grill, a beach bar and grill, and a lobby bar. Other amenities include a large spa, multiple pools, clubs for kids and teens, meeting spaces, luxury shopping venues, and access to a golf course designed by World Golf Hall of Famer Ernie Els.

Conrad Los Cabos will be located within Oleada Pacific Living & Golf, an 860-acre resort community situated approximately 30 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), San Jose Del Cabo, and just 15 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas.

Parks Hospitality Holdings is developing the property. The company has experience with projects such as the Waldorf Astoria Cancun and Hilton Tulum. Hilton's expansion in Mexico is notable as it continues to grow rapidly in the Caribbean and Latin America region. Currently operating over 100 hotels in Mexico, Hilton plans to add more through partnerships like that with Small Luxury Hotels.

In addition to working with Hilton on this project, Parks Hospitality Holdings is also developing other properties such as Park Hyatt Cancun and Grand Hyatt Los Cabos.
