Federal Express Corporation, known as FedEx, has announced a new global sponsorship agreement with the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in India and the Joburg Super Kings (JSK) in South Africa. This collaboration establishes FedEx as the 'Principal Sponsor' and 'Official Logistics Partner' for both cricket teams.

The announcement was made at an event attended by Richard Smith, Chief Operating Officer and CEO of FedEx Airline; Kami Viswanathan, President of FedEx Middle East, Indian Subcontinent, and Africa; KS Viswanathan, CEO of Chennai Super Kings; and Ankit Baldi, COO of Chennai Super Kings. The partnership will cover the Indian Premier League (IPL) and SA20 seasons starting in 2025.

"Cricket thrives on teamwork, performance, and the ability to inspire—a reflection of what makes CSK the most valuable IPL franchise," stated Kami Viswanathan. She emphasized that this partnership aligns with FedEx's focus on delivering transformative solutions that drive success.

Chennai Super Kings CEO KS Viswanathan expressed enthusiasm about the partnership: “This collaboration reflects our shared values of excellence, reliability, and commitment to delivering the best for the fans.”
