Envoy Air recently expanded its fleet with the addition of three Embraer E175 aircraft. These new planes were delivered at the end of December 2024, bringing Envoy Air's total fleet to 165 aircraft. The newly acquired aircraft are registered as N324ES, N325DM, and N328DS.

Operating under the American Eagle brand, Envoy Air serves as a regional subsidiary for American Airlines. According to Flightradar24 data, two of these aircraft have already been active on various routes across the American Eagle network. These routes primarily connect two major hubs: Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Miami International Airport (MIA).

The specific routes flown by N324ES include flights between Dallas/Fort Worth and cities such as Springfield, Aguascalientes, Toronto, and Albuquerque. Meanwhile, N325DM has operated routes from Dallas/Fort Worth to Austin and from Miami to destinations including Tallahassee, Houston, Nassau, and Monterrey.

The third aircraft, N328DS, is not yet in commercial service. It remains at American Eagle's maintenance facility at Abilene Regional Airport for final checks before it starts operations.

Envoy Air began flying the Embraer E175 in June 2016. With a fleet now comprising 122 E175s, it ranks as the world's third-largest operator of this model behind SkyWest Airlines and Republic Airways. The E175 is favored among regional airlines in the United States due to restrictions on maximum take-off weight that prevent them from using heavier models like the E175-E2.

Each Embraer E175 can accommodate up to 76 passengers in a two-class configuration: 12 seats in business class and 64 in economy class. In addition to these planes, Envoy Air operates 43 smaller E170s with more on order.

Overall, Envoy Air conducts over 1,000 flights daily for American Eagle across more than 150 destinations throughout North America and Central America. Its main operating bases include airports in Dallas/Fort Worth, Miami, Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD), and Phoenix-Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). As a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Eagle, Envoy Air works alongside other carriers like PSA Airlines, Piedmont Airlines, Air Wisconsin, Republic Airways, and SkyWest Airlines.
