Emirates has introduced a new uniform for its Premium & VIP Passenger Services team in Dubai. The team is known for catering to high-net-worth individuals and managing world-class events. The uniform, designed by Emirates' own standards team, includes three variations: an A-line skirt suit and a pant suit for women, and a tailored three-piece suit for men. It features the warm sand color symbolizing UAE's desert dunes, with red accents.

The 145-member team is trained to serve over 150,000 premium and VIP passengers annually at Dubai International Airport. The staff includes 120 Ambassadors from more than 50 nationalities, offering services in multiple languages.

VIP passengers include dignitaries such as members of royal families, heads of state, celebrities, athletes, and influencers. The team also prepares for international events like the World Government Summit and the Dubai Film Festival.

A typical day begins with a briefing at the Control Centre. The team handles pick-ups, drop-offs, check-ins, lounge access, and other formalities for VIPs while ensuring privacy and security. They manage connections efficiently despite time constraints.

Both Premium and VIP teams address challenges with critical thinking skills to prevent delays. At day's end, they prepare reports and updates for the next shift to maintain service continuity.
