These flights are primarily for Delta Connection and American Eagle. Despite not having a formal hub at BOS, both airlines use Republic Airways to cover numerous destinations.

The longest route is from Boston to Key West International Airport (EYW), spanning 1,373 miles. This service was added to American Eagle's schedule for the Winter 2024 travel season. It operates a few times per week during winter months, catering to high-demand tourist traffic.

Next on the list is the route from Boston to Miami International Airport (MIA), covering 1,258 miles. This flight occurs once per month and is typically served by mainline aircraft due to Miami's status as a major hub.
